Common use of Intended Use Clause in Contracts

Intended Use. Tenant shall use the Leased Properties as a senior housing facility, including, without limitation, as a senior housing and/or independent living and/or an assisted living facility and for such other uses as may be related, incidental or necessary thereto (the "Intended Use") and for no other purpose; provided, that in no event shall any of the Leased Properties be used as a skilled nursing facility. Tenant shall not perform any act or follow any practice relating to any of the Leased Properties which shall constitute a nuisance. Subject to the terms and provisions of this Lease, Tenant shall have the right to control the business being conducted at each of the Leased Properties.
