Common use of Intellectual Property Assignment Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property Assignment. Executive agrees that all ideas, improvements, computer programs, code, flowcharts, inventions, and discoveries that are directly related to the business of the Company (either as previously conducted or as conducted at any time during Executive's employment), that Executive may have made or that Executive may make or conceive, alone or jointly with others, prior to or during Executive's employment with the Company, only to the extent developed substantially during Company time and using Company equipment, shall be the sole property of the Company, and Executive agrees:
