Integrator. agrees to maintain a record of exports, re-exports, and transfers of the Products and Technology for five years and to forward within that time period any required records to Cisco or, at Cisco's request, the U.S. Government. Integrator agrees to permit audits by Cisco or the U.S. Government as required under the regulations to ensure compliance with this Agreement.
