Common use of Integration with the Prompt Pay Act Clause in Contracts

Integration with the Prompt Pay Act. The provisions of the Contract Documents with respect to time limits for payments, grounds for withholding payment, conditions authorizing payments, and interest on late payments shall supersede all provisions of the Georgia Prompt Pay Act, as originally enacted or as amended, and any dispute arising between the parties hereto as to whether or not the provisions of this Contract or the Georgia Prompt Pay Act control will be resolved in favor of the terms of these Contract Documents.
