Integration Test. Lucent represents, warrants and covenants that
(a) It is familiar with the intended use by WinStar of the Network as described in this Agreement and that the Network and its associated Deliverables are suitable for and will satisfy such use and the terms of this Agreement in all respects, including the Network Architecture and design and Product recommendations.
(b) The Network, if implemented in accordance with the Network Architecture, is Supply Agreement Confidential - WinStar/Lucent designed to and will interface and interoperate in accordance with the Network Architecture, Applicable Standards and other corresponding Specifications in this Agreement as a fully integrated system. If the Network fails to so interface and interoperate during the Term of this Agreement, Lucent shall initiate corrective actions after receipt of notice of the defect or failure and shall promptly cure such defect at Lucent's sole cost and expense. This warranty shall not apply to the extent that (i) the Network is installed by a party other than Lucent not in accordance with the Network Architecture or (ii) such failure to operate directly results from a failure or defect in Lucent or Third-Party Products to operate in accordance with their specifications. This warranty shall not be deemed to extend or limit any warranty for any individual Product provided by Lucent.
Integration Test. VTBP is installed on the two nodes in the safety console, and the VTBP for the master node is installed in the separate system. To check the communications between the master node and the safety console is to send the signal from the master node. The master node has the VTBP programs that the user can edit the signal values for Digital Input/Output, and Analog Input/Output. The tests that conduct are 832 of the DIs, DOs, AIs, and AOs.The entire test was done by hand and there was abnormal behavior that found and fixed such as the pressing the switch was supposed to behave as sending the “on” signal but it was opposite as sending the “off” signal.
Integration Test. OptiMark will assist JOS ▇▇ scheduling and performing integration tests in a fully functional environment with production level system components. JOS ▇▇ responsible for the definition and execution of these tests.
Integration Test. The Seller shall integrate and test all hardware and software components for the Federal Interface Subsystem, Basic Photo Imaging System, the Intelligence Subsystem, the Missing Persons Subsystem, and the Additional Components (option). The Seller shall be responsible for the integration and test of all hardware and software in their facilities before shipping and delivery to the NYCPD facilities. The Seller shall conduct pre-Ready-to-Ship Reviews (PRSR) at the Seller's facilities to be witnessed by the Buyer prior to conducting a Ready-to-Ship Review. The Seller shall conduct Ready-to-Ship Reviews (RSRs) at the Seller's facilities to be witnessed by the Buyer and NYCPD prior to shipping to the NYCPD facilities.
Integration Test. If the modification involves multiple modules, it will be beneficial to test integrated components of the system to ensure that distinct functions involving more than one module meet specified requirements. Distinct sets of integrated components will be tested by members of the maintenance team. Test cases will be developed directly from the design specification.
