Common use of Integration of Exhibits Clause in Contracts

Integration of Exhibits. All Exhibits attached to this Agreement are integral parts of this Agreement as if fully set forth herein, and all statements appearing therein shall be deemed disclosed for all purposes and not only in connection with the specific representation in which they are explicitly referenced; provided, however, that any liabilities or obligations to be assumed by PSC shall be set forth on Exhibit 1.3(b), and the inclusion of any liabilities or obligations in any other Exhibits shall not be deemed or construed to incorporate such liabilities or obligations into Exhibit 1.3(b).
