Common use of Integration and Amendment Clause in Contracts

Integration and Amendment. This Agreement, along with any exhibits, attachments or other documents affixed hereto or referred to herein, constitutes the entire agreements between the Parties hereto relative to the various subject matters hereof and may be amended or revoked only by an instrument in writing signed by both Parties. The Parties hereby agree that no prior agreement, understanding or representation pertaining to any matter covered or mentioned in this Agreement shall be effective for any purpose.

Integration and Amendment. This Agreement, along with any exhibits, attachments or other documents affixed hereto or referred to herein, Agreement constitutes the entire agreements agreement between the Parties hereto relative parties with respect to the various subject matters matter hereof and may supercedes all prior agreements and understandings with respect hereto and thereto.
