Common use of Insuring Party Clause in Contracts

Insuring Party. As used in this Article 8, the term "insuring party" shall mean the party who has the obligation to obtain the insurance required hereunder. The insuring party in this case shall be designated in Article 20. Whether the insuring party is the Landlord or the Tenant, Tenant shall, as additional rent for the Premises, pay the cost of all insurance required hereunder. If Landlord is the insuring party Tenant shall, within ten (10) days following demand by Landlord, reimburse Landlord for the cost of the insurance so obtained.

If hereunder and reimburse Landlord is for the insuring party Tenant shallcost of the insurance obtained by Landlord, within ten (10) days following written demand by Landlord, reimburse Landlord for the cost of the insurance so obtained.

Whether the insuring party is the Landlord Lessor or the TenantLessee, Tenant Lessee shall, as additional rent for the Premises, pay the its pro rata portion; See Paragraph 16.33 of Addendum cost of all insurance required hereunder. If Landlord Lessor is the insuring party Tenant Lessee shall, within ten (10) days following demand by LandlordLessor, reimburse Landlord Lessor for the cost of the insurance so obtained.

As used in this Article 89, the term -------------- "insuring party" shall mean the party designated in Item 10 of the Basic Lease Provisions who has the obligation to obtain the insurance Property Insurance required hereunder. The insuring party in this case shall be designated in Article 20. Whether the insuring party is the Landlord or the Tenant, Tenant shall, as additional rent for the Premises, pay the cost of all insurance required hereunder. If Landlord is the insuring party party, Tenant shall, within ten (10) days following demand by Landlord, reimburse Landlord for shall pay the cost of the insurance so obtainedobtained by Landlord as Additional Rent.
