Common use of Insurers Clause in Contracts

Insurers. We assess the financial soundness of the proposed insurers for your requirements using public information including that produced by recognised rating agencies. However, we will not in any circumstances act as an insurer nor will we guarantee or otherwise warrant the solvency of any insurer. As a consequence the suitability of any insurer rests with you and we will discuss with you any concerns you may have.
