Insureds. Each such policy shall name Tenant as the insured, and shall name as additional insureds thereunder (a) Landlord, and (b) any Permitted Leasehold Mortgagee. Landlord’s entitlement to proceeds from Tenant’s insurance policies is subordinate to the rights of all Permitted Leasehold Mortgagees under all Permitted Leasehold Mortgages.
