Insurance Notification. The Collateral Agent shall, promptly upon its receipt of notification of any termination of or proposed cancellation or nonrenewal of any insurance policies required to be maintained under any of the Related Documents, notify the related Secured Party of any such termination, proposed cancellation or nonrenewal.
