Common use of Insurance Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Insurance Indemnification. 13.1 During the Term of Executive’s employment hereunder, Executive will be covered by the Company’s director and officer insurance policy to the same extent as all other senior executive officers of the Company 13.2 Following the execution of this Agreement, the Company will execute and deliver a director and officer indemnification agreement with Executive in a form approved by the Board of Directors for the senior executive officers of the Company.
