Insufficient Pay for Deduction. In the event an employee's salary earnings within any pay period, after deductions for withholding, social security, retirement, and insurance, are not sufficient to cover dues and any uniform assessments, it will be the responsibility of the Union to collect its dues and uniform assessments for that pay period directly from the employee.
