Common use of Instructions by WEST Clause in Contracts

Instructions by WEST. WEST may at any time, other than following the delivery of a Default Notice pursuant to Section 4.02 of the Indenture (that has not been withdrawn or rescinded), in which case the Indenture Trustee may, direct the Servicer to limit or terminate any action being taken by it under this Agreement or to take any action authorized or contemplated by this Agreement (including sale or disposal of any Asset) or the applicable Lease and the Servicer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with such directions.
