Instructions and Notices to the Trustee. Any and all instructions and notices delivered to the Trustee by the Technical Committee shall be delivered in writing and shall be signed by the Chairperson and Secretary of the applicable Technical Committee meeting and the Technical Committee, through the Chairperson or the Secretary, shall deliver a copy of such instructions and notices to the Common Representative.

Any notice to the Company shall be deemed given if received by the Secretary at the principal office of the Company designated pursuant to the terms and conditions herein. The Board and the Officers may rely and shall be protected in relying on any notice or other document from a Member or other Person if believed by it to be genuine.
