Notices to You at the address set forth therein. Each party may change the address or title of the person to whom notices will be sent by giving notice in the manner set forth herein.

Examples of Notices to You in a sentence

  • Notices to You shall be addressed to the system administrator designated by You for Your relevant Services account, and in the case of billing-related notices, to the relevant billing contact designated by You.

  • Notices to You will be sent to the email address which You provided when setting up Your access to the Service.

  • Notices to You, as a Subscriber, will be considered sufficient if mailed to Your last known address or the last known address of Your Group.

Any notice from us to you shall be deemed to have been duly given if mailed or telegraphed to you at the address set forth above.   • FX Telephone Numbers means those telephone numbers with rating and routing point that are different from those of the geographic area in which the End User is physically located. FX Telephone Numbers that deliver second dial tone and the ability for the calling Party to enter access codes and an additional recipient telephone number remain classified as Feature Group A (FGA) calls, and are subject to the originating and terminating carrier’s tariffed Switched Exchange Access rates (also known as “Meet Point Billed” compensation).
