Instructional Hours. The minutes of instruction for students shall be established by the District, and shall not exceed the following yearly maximums: a) Grades TK-3: 51,000 minutes b) Grades 4-5: 55,725 minutes c) Grades 6-8: 58,455 minutes d) Grades 9-12: 65,400 minutes
