INSTITUTION OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. 4.1If the Principal Investigator leaves the Institution or otherwise ceases to be available then: the Institution must consult with the Local Sponsor and use reasonable endeavours to nominate as soon as practicable a replacement reasonably acceptable to both parties; and the Local Sponsor may require recruitment into the Study by the Institution to cease, or move the Study to a different Study Site.
