Installation Services. (a) Subject to Section 9(b), Hitachi will provide installation Services for the Products as set out in the relevant Order. Installation Services include only those Services identified in the Service Descriptions. Installation Services do not include any Service expressly identified as an exclusion in the relevant Order or the Service Descriptions, in addition to the exclusions in Section 6. (b) Hitachi may provide on-site installation Services with respect to software, where Hitachi advises that the software must be installed by Hitachi, for an additional fee. Installation does not result in production ready implementation of the software; production ready software implementation is a professional service.
