Installation, Maintenance and Reading of Meters. The quantities of electric energy involved in determination of the amounts of the billing rendered hereunder shall be ascertained by means of meters installed, maintained and read either at the expense of the party on whose premises the meters are located or as otherwise provided for by agreement between the parties concerned.
