Installation Intervals. SLA Credit/Remedy If the actual installation date is more than five (5) business days beyond the Projected Delivery Date contained in the FOC, Genuity shall waive the access facility installation NRCs associated with the installation. In addition, if the actual installation date is more than fifteen (15) business days beyond the Projected Delivery Date, ▇▇▇▇ Atlantic has the option to cancel the Order with no cancellation charges.
