Installation and Inspections. The Member installs the Generator and the Member is responsible for obtaining an approved electrical inspection from the local authority having jurisdiction for the Generator installation. The Member shall request the inspector to forward a copy of the approved inspection to the Cooperative contact processing the Generator interconnect request.
Installation and Inspections. The Member installs the Distributed Resource and the Member is responsible for obtaining an approved electrical inspection from the local authority having jurisdiction for the Distributed Resource installation. The Member shall request the inspector to forward a copy of the approved inspection to the Cooperative contact processing the Distributed Resource interconnect request.
Installation and Inspections. The Contractor shall install all Project PV systems in compliance with Applicable Law, Prudent Utility Practice and the terms and conditions of this Agreement, using New York City licensed electricians, and shall complete all required inspections. With respect to such inspections:
a. The Contractor shall arrange for all inspections of each Project required by Governmental Authorities.
b. The Contractor shall notify the Host in writing when each Project inspection has been completed and when the Project is available for parallel operation with the electrical distribution system of the Local Electric Utility, with such operation notice to include the final certificate of electrical inspection for the Project.
