Inspections and Audit by the Procuring Entity. The Supplier shall keep, and shall cause its Subcontractors to keep, accurate and systematic accounts and records in respect of the Goods in such form and details as will clearly identifyrelevant time, changes and costs. Pursuant to paragraph 2.2 of Instruction to Tenderers, the Supplier shall permit and shall cause its subcontractors to permit, the Procuring Entity and/or persons appointed by the Procuring Entity or by other statutory bodies of the Government to inspect the Site and/or the accounts and records relating to the procurement process, selection and/or contract execution, and to have suchaccounts and records audited by auditors appointed by the Procuring Entity. The Supplier's and its Subcontractors' attention is drawn to Sub- Clause 3.1 which provides, inter alia, that acts intended to materially impede the exercise of the Procuring Entity's inspection and audit rights constitute a prohibited practice subject to contract termination, as well as to a determination of ineligibility.
