Common use of Inspection of Facilities Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Facilities. CKI and its duly authorized representatives shall have the right, during normal business hours and upon reasonable notice, to inspect all facilities utilized by the Licensee (and its contractors and suppliers to the extent the Licensee may do so) in connection with the manufacture, sale, storage or distribution of Licensed Products, and to examine the Licensed Products in the process of manufacture.

Licensee shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to enable CKI and its duly authorized representatives shall have the rightrepresentatives, during normal business hours and upon reasonable notice, to inspect all facilities utilized by the Licensee (and its contractors and suppliers to the extent the Licensee may do so) in connection with the manufacture, sale, storage or distribution of Licensed Products, and to examine the Licensed Products in the process of manufacture.
