Common use of Inspection Fee Clause in Contracts

Inspection Fee. The Client agrees to pay the Inspection Fee of at, or before, the time of the inspection. If such payment is not received by the time of the Inspection, Client agrees that Avocet Inspections, LLC may choose not to release the Report until payment is received.
