Common use of Inspection and Acceptance by the Owner Clause in Contracts

Inspection and Acceptance by the Owner. (a) Throughout the Adjustment construction hereunder, the Owner shall provide adequate inspectors for such construction. The work shall be inspected by the Owner’s inspector(s) at least once each working day, and more often if such inspections are necessary for prudent installation. Further, upon request by the Developer or its contractors, the Owner shall furnish an inspector at any reasonable time in which construction is underway pursuant to this Agreement, including occasions when construction is underway in excess of the usual forty (40) hour work week and at such other times as reasonably required. The Owner agrees to promptly notify the Developer of any concerns resulting from any such inspection.
