Common use of Insider Contracts Clause in Contracts

Insider Contracts. There are no contracts, agreements, purchase orders, commitments, leases, understandings or arrangements, including loan arrangements, between the Companies or any of them and any of the current or former officers, directors or shareholders of any of the Companies, or any Affiliate of any such Person, or any entity in which any such Person owns any beneficial interest, nor does any such Person own any material interest in any property used by the Companies or any of them, except as set forth on Schedule 4.14 attached hereto. A true and ------------- correct and complete copy of each such written document and a true and correct and complete written description of each such oral relationship has heretofore been delivered by the Companies to Buyer.
