Inside Wire. The inside wire UNE is defined as all loop plant owned by GTE on an end- user Customer premises as far as the point of demarcation. In accordance with Rule 51.319(a)(2), GTE will not make inside wire available as an UNE before May 17, 2000. Upon written request by Gulf Coast or GTE, the Parties shall engage in further good faith negotiations regarding the implementation of inside wire as an UNE.
Inside Wire. The inside wire UNE is defined as all loop plant owned by Verizon on an end-user Customer premises as far as the point of demarcation.

Inside Wire. All loop plant owned or controlled by the incumbent LEC at a multiunit customer premises between the minimum point of entry as defined in § 68.105 of the FCC’s rules and the point of demarcation of the incumbent LEC’s network as defined in section 68.3 of the FCC’s rules.
Inside Wire. During the installation of your telephone service, Penn Broadband will provide the inside wiring material and labor at no charge to you. If you require additional wiring after your initial installation for additional telephone jacks or other rewiring, we may assess you a fee of $45.00. As an option, we offer inside wire maintenance for a monthly fee of $.75 that will cover any inside wire repairs at no charge.

Inside Wire. When ordering AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet Service, you will be responsible for obtaining Inside Wire (IW) in the form of copper wire or fiber optic cable between AT&T’s network termination interface at your building and the gateway equipment located at the customer premises. You may have the option of ordering IW from AT&T or installing your own IW. If you elect to install your own IW, the IW must be installed and available for use by AT&T Technicians before you order AT&T U- verse High Speed Internet Service. If inside wire service is ordered from AT&T, it is Customer’s full responsibility to obtain landlord permission or approvals for such inside wiring. For AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet Business Edition (fiber-based only), any determination of whether the inside wire work will be provided by you or AT&T will be made at the time the installation technician is dispatched and surveys the job.
Inside Wire. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1.7 below, upon request by SPRINT, VERIZON shall provide SPRINT with access to the VERIZON Inside Wire Subloop Network Element (as defined in 47 CFR § 51.319(a)(2)(i)). Such access shall be provided in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law, pursuant to rates, terms and conditions to be negotiated in good faith, and agreed to in writing, by the Parties.
Inside Wire. In addition to the terms above in Section 6.2.4 (including the disclaimer of warranties), for AT&T Internet for Business (fiber-based only), any determination of whether IW work will be provided by you or AT&T will be made at the time the installation technician is dispatched and surveys the job.
