Common use of Inoculation and Immunization Clause in Contracts

Inoculation and Immunization. 1. An Employee who while on duty is exposed to a contagious disease and who requests inoculation and immunizations for such disease will receive the medically necessary inoculation and immunizations for himself and his family at the County’s expense. 2. The County will take appropriate measures, as determined by County Risk Management, to protect employees from contagious diseases.
