Common use of Injection Clause in Contracts

Injection. The right, without the payment of royalties hereunder, to inject or reinject into the leased lands geothermal resources, condensates, gas, treated wastewater or other fluids to the extent that such resources, condensates and fluids are necessary or convenient for operation under this Lease in the recovery or processing of Geothermal Resources, including to maintain or increase pressure or production or to conduct tests.
