Initial User Classifications Clause Samples
The Initial User Classifications clause defines how users are categorized at the outset of an agreement or service. Typically, this involves assigning users to specific groups or tiers based on criteria such as their role, access level, or subscription type, which then determines the permissions, features, or pricing they receive. By clearly establishing these classifications from the beginning, the clause ensures that both parties understand the user's status and entitlements, reducing confusion and helping to manage access and expectations effectively.
