Common use of Initial Training at Codexis’ Facility Clause in Contracts

Initial Training at Codexis’ Facility. After the Effective Date, the GSK Team will participate in Wave 2 of Technology Transfer at Codexis’ facility in Redwood City, California, which training shall be completed as outlined in the Technology Transfer Plan (the “Initial Training”). GSK shall bear its own costs and expenses of participating in such Initial Training.
