Common use of Initial Set-Up Clause in Contracts

Initial Set-Up. Upon commencement of this Agreement, we will provide the following: (i) set-up services and Administrator training in the use of the SaaS Services; and (ii) testing of the SaaS Services after your implementation to confirm that the SaaS Services are performing to our current generally available, applicable documentation, specifications, and user manuals.
