Initial Presentation. a) An employee who claims to have a grievance shall present his/her grievance to his/her immediate supervisor, orally, within five (5) days after the grievance occurs. b) The immediate supervisor shall discuss the grievance with the employee, shall make such investigation as he/she deems appropriate, all on an informal basis. c) Within five (5) days after presentation of the grievance the immediate supervisor shall make a decision and communicate the same to the employee presenting the grievance and to the employee’s representative, if any.

Initial Presentation. a) An employee who claims to have is a grievance member of the bargaining unit shall present his/her his grievance to his/her his immediate supervisor, orally, within five (5) fifteen days after the grievance occurs.
b) The immediate supervisor shall discuss the grievance with the employee, shall make such investigation as he/she deems appropriate, and shall consult with his superior to such extent, as he/she deems appropriate, all on an informal basis.
c) Within five (5) three days after presentation of the grievance to him or her, the immediate supervisor shall make a his or her decision and communicate the same to the employee presenting the grievance grievance, and to the employee’s representative, if any.
