Common use of Initial Presentation Clause in Contracts

Initial Presentation. Any employee who sincerely believes that he/she is continually performing “out-of-title” work shall have the right to confer regarding same with his/her Department head and shall have the further right to be represented by an Association Representative during said conference. Within ten (10) calendar days following said conference, the Department head shall be required to make a decision in writing setting forth his/her reasons therefore and shall serve same upon the employee.
