Common use of Initial Period Clause in Contracts

Initial Period. For the Initial Term (i) the number of Base Hours the County will provide, (ii) the number of Extra Hours the City elects to obtain from the County, (iii) the resulting number of Actual Hours, and (iv) the cost to the City of the Extra Hours (such cost, the “City’s Obligation”) are set forth in Lease Supplement No. 1, which supplement is substantially in the form of Exhibit B.
