Common use of Initial Period Clause in Contracts

Initial Period. The term of the lease of the Premises to Tenant pursuant to this Agreement (the “Term”) shall commence as of December 31, 2054 (the “Commencement Date”). The Term shall continue until the last day of the month preceding the fifteenth anniversary of the Commencement Date, unless the Term is sooner ended or extended pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement. For all purposes under this Agreement, the Term shall include any Extension Term for which an Extension Option is exercised under Section 3.2 below.
