Initial/Orientation Meeting. Prior to the end of the fifth week, the evaluation team shall meet with the bargaining unit member being evaluated to discuss the purpose, criteria, procedures, and timelines for the evaluation. The team, with input from the bargaining unit member being evaluated, will identify colleagues and staff who are in positions to comment on his/her job performance. Team member orientations shall be held prior to or in conjunction with this meeting.
