Common use of Initial Order Price Clause in Contracts

Initial Order Price. 12.1.1. In consideration for the supply of each of the Products included in the Initial Order, the provision of the Services and the execution of all its obligations hereunder, the Supplier shall be entitled to receive a payment in the amount stipulated in the Supplier's Proposal with respect to such Products amounting to a total of (the “Initial Order Price”). 12.1.2.
