Common use of Initial Option Grant Clause in Contracts

Initial Option Grant. The option granted to Individual at the August 14, 2003 meeting of the Board (the "Option") shall continue in effect and the Grant of Stock Option (and the exhibits thereto) attached hereto as Exhibit B (the "Option Agreement") shall have been, or shall be as soon as administratively practicable following the Effective Date executed and delivered by Individual to the Company. The Option will be subject to the terms, definitions and provisions of the Company's 2002 Stock Option/Stock Issuances Plan (the "Option Plan") and the Option Agreement, both of which documents are incorporated herein by reference.
