Initial Operation. Subject to Section 12.07, below and all applicable laws and ordinances regarding business operations, Entertainment covenants that, it will, at its expense, occupy the Gaming Facility as soon as possible after Project Completion and thereafter will commence operating the Gaming Facility in accordance with the Gaming Facility Contract.
