Initial Global Development Plan. As soon as practicable following designation of a Collaboration Program in accordance with Article 3 (and consistent with BMS’ internal [ * ] process), the JDC shall prepare, and submit to the JEC for its approval, a Global Development Plan, or an amendment to an existing Global Development Plan, that meets the requirements set forth in Section 4.1(a).
