Common use of Initial Fee Clause in Contracts

Initial Fee. SPV shall be entitled to an initial fee of [{pound-sterling}17,500] (together with VAT thereon) in consideration of the services provided by it under this Agreement, payment of which shall be made on the Seventh Issuer Closing Date.
