Common use of Initial Expenses Clause in Contracts

Initial Expenses. on demand, all reasonable costs and expenses (including legal fees and Taxes) incurred by the Banks, the Arrangers and the Agent in connection with the preparation, negotiation, syndication, entry into or advertising of the Information Package and this Agreement from the Arrangers and the Agent to the Borrower), and/or any amendment of, supplement to or waiver or consent in respect of this Agreement requested by or on behalf of the Borrower (whether or not entered into or given);
