Common use of Initial Deployment Clause in Contracts

Initial Deployment. Subject to the adjustments provided in Section 1.2, Qwest will purchase from Corvis and deploy Corvis Equipment, Software and Services in quantities and in configurations priced at U.S.$150,000,000 (the "Minimum Deployment Commitment"), U.S. $50,000,000 of which (the "Initial ----------------------------- ------- Deployment Commitment") must be purchased within twelve (12) months after the --------------------- Commencement Date (as defined below). in each case based on the prices and license fees set forth in the Price List.
