Initial Course of Treatment. The initial course of treatment shall be considered to be the full range of Detoxification, treatment and supportive services carried out specifically to alleviate the dysfunction of the Member as set forth above in Sections 3.16.2, 3.16.3, 3.16.4.1, 3.16.4.2 and 3.16.4.3. The initial course of treatment shall be subject to the Cost Sharing amounts set forth on the Schedule of Benefits as well as Benefit Limits and Lifetime Benefit Maximum amounts as set forth in Sections 3.16.2.2, 3.16.3.2, 3.16.4.1 and 3.16.4.2 (expressed as admissions, days and visits).
