Common use of Initial Contract Term Clause in Contracts

Initial Contract Term. The period of employment pursuant to the Prior Agreement began on January 1, 2008 (the “Commencement Date”) and shall extend through December 31, 2010 (the “Initial Contract Term”), unless earlier terminated as provided in Section 5 or extended as provided in this Section 2.
