Common use of Initial Collateral Custodian Clause in Contracts

Initial Collateral Custodian. The role of Collateral Custodian with respect to the Required Loan Documents shall be conducted by the Person designated as Collateral Custodian hereunder from time to time in accordance with this Section 13.01. Each of the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lender Agent hereby designate and appoint the Collateral Custodian to act as its agent and hereby authorizes the Collateral Custodian to take such actions on its behalf and to exercise such powers and perform such duties as are expressly granted to the Collateral Custodian by this Agreement.
