Common use of Initial Base Rent Clause in Contracts

Initial Base Rent. Tenant shall pay Base Rent to Landlord (or other entity designated by Landlord), in advance, on the first day of each calendar month of the Term, at Landlord's address for notices (as set forth in the Basic Lease Information) or at such other address as Landlord may designate. The Base Rent shall be the amount set forth in the Basic Lease Information.
