Common use of Initial Base Rent Clause in Contracts

Initial Base Rent. Commencing on the Commencement Date, and thereafter on the first day of each calendar month of the Term, Tenant shall pay monthly base rent (“Base Rent”) for the Premises to Landlord (or other entity designated by Landlord), in advance, at Landlord’s address for notices (as set forth in the Basic Lease Information) or at such other address as Landlord may designate in writing. The initial Base Rent shall be the amount set forth in the Basic Lease Information. Base Rent payable hereunder for the first full calendar month after ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s obligation to pay Base Rent commences shall be paid upon ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s execution of this Lease.
